Do computer scientists still think that only some intelligent functions of a human brain can be built by machines? (English)

Technically, we don’t know that intelligence is a computable function in the strict mathematical sense, since we don’t know what intelligence actually is. We do know that if it is not a computable function then it cannot be modeled with the mathematical systems that operate computers.

So the community breaks into two camps: Those who assert that intelligence is not a computable function, who are by far in the minority, and those who assume it is or ignore the question, who are by far in the majority.
